Yes, we provide samples​ for your evaluation. Sample costs and courier fees are typically borne by the client. However, these fees can often be deducted from the payment for a subsequent formal order

16.How do you ensure product quality?

We have a professional QC team that implements strict checks from raw materials to the final product. Quality is assured through strict Quality Control (QC) processes: Incoming QC, In-Process QC, Final QC, and Outgoing QC. This includes dimensional checks, performance tests, and a full inspection before shipment to guarantee consistent quality

17. What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T (Bank Transfer)​  Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance payment before shipment​. Alipay and Wechat pay are also available.

18. What are your shipping options and lead times?

We have extensive experience in shipping globally via air or sea. For standard orders, the lead time is typically 7-15 working days​ after order confirmation. We ship from Qingdao Port​ and can offer terms like FOB. The exact delivery time depends on the order quantity and destination.

20. How long is this quotation valid?

Our standard quotations are typically valid for 30 days​ from the date issued. This allows you sufficient time for internal review and decision-making.

21. Can you send samples? Are samples free? Who pays shipping?

es, we provide samples for quality evaluation. Our standard policy is as follows:

  • Standard Samples:​ Samples of our standard interdental brush models are provided free of charge. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost.
  • Customized Samples:​ For samples requiring custom specifications, colors, or private labeling, a sample fee​ (at cost) and shipping cost will apply.
  • Sample Cost Deduction:​ Any sample fees paid are deductible from your first bulk order.

22. How long does it take to receive samples?

Typically, it takes 3 to 5 working days​ for us to prepare and dispatch your samples after confirmation. The total delivery time to you will then depend on the shipping method and your location.

For example, express shipping via DHL, FEDEX or UPS to most international destinations usually takes an additional 3 to 7 working days.

Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment in real-time. For a precise estimate, please share your delivery address with our sales team.

23.  What is your production lead time?

For standard interdental brush orders, our typical production lead time is 2 to 3 weeks​ after we receive your deposit and final confirmation.

  • Order Quantity:​ Larger orders may require more production time.
  • Customization:​ Requests for custom colors, packaging, or logos may add to the lead time.
